Phone conference
I just had my phone conference today. My NP was very nice and thorough. My DR was the one who recommended Henry Meds since my insurance won't cover weight loss meds.

If only my PCP and insurance took care of me this well!
Dr. Rubio was fantastic. I'm going out of town and they changed my appmt to 2 days earlier. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and was very kind. I couldn't be more excited about starting my weight loss journey. I've spoken to their customer support twice; the service was phenomenal both times, and both customer reps were very knowledgeable and kind. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Good experience
It can be challenging to communicate in written word, via email. My interaction with this associate (Jimmy V) was very informative as well as kind. I hope to return to doing business with Henry Meds again soon.
