EXCELLENT Customer Service!
The nurse was very thorough during my intial appointment. Semaglutide did not work out for me (due to rash) so I was refunded in full with no issues. I am very much looking forward to coming back once Tirzepatide is available in California as I have read a lot of good things about this product.

Haven’t received my medication yet
Haven’t received my medication yet, but my initial appointment went well. The physician I met with was very kind and understanding. If she were local I would want her for my primary care physician.

A genuine sense of caring....
The PA I met with virtually had a genuine sense of caring about by health, and although did not recommend me for what I initially sought after, did offer another safer treatment for my goal. I really appreciate the level caring that I received.

I’m just getting started
I’m just getting started, but my delivery arrived within 2 days! I had some trouble registering initially, so I called the number at the bottom of each email, n spoke with Juli S. She was amazing n sent me a new link to complete with an offer to help as much as I may need. I give customer service a solid 10!!!
