Update: I am quite happy to report that Henry Meds re-shipped the medicine, in a box, with still frozen ice packs, and the product was delivered COLD. Great customer service, I will certainly recommend them to a friend.

Just got my first shipment. Right now since this is just the beginning I a rating 4 stars. But everything so far had been seemless and easy. My appt witht the NP was on time and everything was explained in detail. My meds arrived in 2 days. The site was easy to navigate and sign up on and I had constant notifications of the meds shipment. So far so good!!!
