Thus far my experience with Henry Meds has been very good! I’m impressed with accessibility to help and effective problem solving. When I first reached out to become a client, we had a little “hiccup.” I scheduled a screening appointment with an RN knowing they would take some additional health history before prescribing Semaglutide. The appointment was to take place at 1:00pm the following day, and the confirmation email I received didn’t have a link for a video call. However, I didn’t know it was supposed to, so I waited by the phone several hours and never received a call. I wanted to problem solve and get on with the process, so I searched for a Customer Service phone number and was surprised to quickly find one! On top of that, I was quickly in touch with a representative who understood and communicated clearly. All of us know most businesses only operate online and through email or text these days. They don’t publish phone numbers and connect you to Bots vs humans when they do have a phone. I called Henry to explain I never received my medical screening call, and the representative provided a clear understanding of what went wrong within minutes! Best of all, he had a quick solution and the problem was immediately addressed! While on the phone with Customer Service, I received an email with a link to my virtual appointment. That was the missing piece- a video link to the medical consultation. The RN I spoke with was very thorough and had a concern about one aspect of my health. As much as it wanted to begin the medication protocol, I understood she needed to check with her Supervisor before enrolling me. After my medical screening and in less than 24 hours, I was notified all was ok and my first shipment was already on its way! That’s pretty quick problem solving! I should receive the first month’s supply tomorrow and will update this review by commenting on the clarity of instructions and quality of supplies. The previous supplier of Semaglutide I was using was inconsistent with delivery time, the written instructions weren’t clear, it was difficult to reach someone for help, and the supplies were not of good quality! The syringes had dull needles and literally BENT easily during injections! I’m feeling pretty positive about this with Henry! Overall, thus far Henry scores high on : -accessibility to help -clear communication -effective problem solving -turn around time with both solutions and delivery of product -professionalism I’m also pleased they don’t have a “lock in” or commitment to purchase a given number of months, and cancellation (if or when I’m ready) sounds very easy! I’ll continue my review when supplies arrive and I begin injections. Thank you, Henry Meds! ☺️
