Happy with my experience , questions were answered in a professional way. Thought more health info would be necessary, I did have my blood results ready but they weren’t needed. So far I’m happy with this company .

I liked the provider who helped me but I kind of had to ask several times about how i was getting charged. It looked like i would receive and be charged for just one month of medication. But the way they do it is they send you two months worth of medication but charge you just the first month upfront and will kind of surprise bill you for the second month; you're committed to it because you already received the meds. I had to ask her a couple of times and she seemed just a tiny bit irritated that I wasn't totally clear on it.

Thus far, the care that I have received on henry.com has been excellent, professional, and easily entreated. I’m still somewhat a new patient but everyone I’ve spoken to has been very knowledgeable and easy to speak with.

Patience a must! so far its been slow going but I have to say Henry Meds customer service and Telehealth has been great. I will update once I start seeing real results. remember it's not this immediate fix and pounds will take a bit to come off.

I have had a very positive experience with Henry Meds as a company but I especially appreciate their customer care advisor Ian Hyde. After experiencing issues with my account, Ian worked with me to resolve the problems quickly and easily. Ian Hyde took the time to listen to what was happening with the account and made me feel like I wasn't just a nameless, faceless subscriber to his company. I realize that there are other companies that I could go to for my medication, but it is because of this customer care advisor that I will remain with Henry Meds.

I switched to Henry Meds from another online company. Overall, Henry is better but still not quite right for me. The doctor appointments are always with a different person so it feel very impersonal. I plateaued using semaglutide and they increased my dose for an additional $100/month. When I asked to switch to a tirzepatide, I was told it was not available in my state (even though several other companies offer it). I watch my diet and exercise regularly. When I started weight lifting I actually gained a little weight. I tried to get one last refill before canceling my membership but they asked me to meet with yet another new doctor so I just decided to cancel and request a refund for this month since I did not receive medication or speak to a doctor. Surprisingly, they did cancel and refund me for this month. They did say that if I chose to reactivate my account, I’d have to pay $1,191 up front (!!!???). Because of that, I will definitely not be a returning customer. I gave 2 stars because of this mixed experience. As soon as I posted this, I was asked for proof that I was a real customer. 👀
