Really nice lady. Friendly and help me understand

My call with the doctor was very good. I felt very comfortable and confident with everything. He explained to me and how it works. I am waiting for my medication to begin. I’m excited.

My appt with a practitioner was efficient and thorough. I accepted a change the following day, immediately my card was charged not reflecting the $100 discount. I contacted Henry Meds and was told it has been an error and will be reflected on my account the following month. A week went by and still the status "we are processing your order" remained. I contacted Henry Meds again on 9/28 to inquire via email and was told "you need to accept the change". I knew this was not the case as I already had, and had already been billed for the change. I then called and was told there was a glitch in the system and my order would be pushed through. Tomorrow will be two weeks post and my meds have yet to even be delivered. I will be lucky to even receive medication before I am billed a second time.

I do like how responsive they have been, but I just paid my second month and still have not received my meds from the initial first appointment . It’s still early with my experience with Henry meds but not sure how I feel about how long it’s taking me to get my meds.

The experience was excellent because the person was very nice! She was patient enough to get my ID and a list of meds that needed to be reviewed. You are on Mountain time, and I'm on Eastern, so I missed the first appt. We are 2 hours ahead. She just had a kind gesture, and it wasn't about selling something like a commercial. The product had already been sold!!! My only concerns are a. Will I be full, and b. The side effects. Sometimes, you just have to go for it to see.

Very professional but yet friendly. Not many Pam’s in the world so I loved that!
