I hope it gets better
I hope it gets better. I was promised to get my meds after a week but until I sent an email to follow up after 2 weeks that’s when they sent me a confirmation about the prescription. I have been waiting in vain. Sept 28 when I met with the health provider and she said it will be delivered in a week. Oct 9 I sent them a message about status of my order that’s when they replied that they got my order. I don’t know when the delivery is going to be.

Henry Meds is a great company. They keep their commitments and are always available to answer questions. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

They do not take their business…
They do not take their business seriously, and their customer service is bad. They overpromise and underdeliver. I am taking TRT. Due to their poor planning, scheduling, and inability to ship Testosterone, I had a three-week gap in my treatment plan. When dealing with hormones and health, is this unacceptable?

Excited to love my body again!
I had my weight loss consultation today and couldn’t be happier! Zack was very knowledgeable and professional, and answered all my questions. I feel confident that he will help me with any issues I have on my weight loss journey!

The NP was very nice and informative. I cannot comment on delivery or weight loss let. I am new.
