Website is very easy to use
The website is very easy to use. The Dr that did my intake was very pleasant. She made sure I knew everything about the med I would be taking. I fell like this is going to be a good outcome!

Henry Meds was charging me for products…
Henry Meds was charging me for products that I was not receiving. I was livid. I wrote an email demanding a refund. Jimmy responded. He was tactful, calm and quick to respond. Excellent customer service.

Great experience
Great experience! I am coming from another provider because of cost! That being said Henry has gone above and beyond the other company the initial meeting I had was wonderful. She explained everything she was courteous, kind, thoughtful all the great things that make a nurse practitioner as good as they are. I’m really looking forward to my program with Henry.!
