Started a little bit rough with the…
Started a little bit rough with the pharmacy that they seem a little bit disorganized but then everything working well, including the delivery service received multiple emails for my prescription was at when it was shipped when it was delivered and communication from the support group is awesome

I think customer service is 10 stars
I think customer service is 10 stars. My nurse at very beginning was awesome. I have lost weight which is a big plus and feel great! Waiting for my refill which was super easy to refill. Thank you so much!!

Great first experience
Great first experience! From the telemedicine appointment to fast delivery of my meds, Henry Meds delivered everything promised. I had a question that was handled well by customer service. I highly recommend for any weight loss journey.

Wouldn't use anyone else!
I have gotten excellent service. Medication has always arrived on time and in perfect condition. Even when I said I did not need a follow up the provider made a telehealth appointment just to ensure all was well. I've seen the same provider for all of my follow up appointments and he has been informative and helpful. I've been with henry meds for 8 months and have zero complaints.
