never get refills on time
the doctors are nice. The meds work WITH proper diet and exorcize. Getting a refill is never on time. My meds arrived with melted ice packs and the meds were warm despite being told they need to stay cold customer service said they "should be fine". So don't expect refills on time. Many glitches with the dashboard.

henry Meds is awesome.
I have nothing to say except Henry Meds has been great to work with. If you have a question they always get right back with you. They monitor your progress and make valuable suggestions that have helped me on my weight loss journey.

Professional and Helpful
The sign up process was easy. The PA I spoke with was very professional and helpful. She answered all of my questions and was very clear with the instructions. I received ample notification as far as time and amount of emails. I left another place to come here and I am very happy so far.
