I have been using Henry Meds for about eight months. Overall, it has been a good experience. Recently there has been a delay in getting my medication to me. I am not happy about that. It helps to follow up if things are not proceeding as you expect.

I’m going on a 2 week gap in treatment. My test results were lost, Henry meds had no answers and I had to reach out to quest, the earliest appointment was the following week and I had to reach out to get one earlier, had my appointment on a Wednesday and my prescription wasn’t sent to the pharmacy until the following Monday. How is making a patient hormone treatment be delayed by 2 weeks acceptable?

I have been a customer of Henry meds for over a year and I’ve always had exceptional service And they have always been available when I’ve needed to talk or if I had questions questions I highly recommend them. Also I’ve been extremely successful. I’ve lost close to 80 pounds and over a year.
