I write this review with the hope that it will inspire improvements for Henry Meds moving forward, as I anticipate being a patient for the foreseeable future. The start of my membership with Henry Meds was rough and unsatisfactory. The first three appointments I had with the provider for TRT treatment were unsuccessful, and on a couple of occasions, the provider did not even show up to the appointment. This was very disappointing and unsettling, especially since it happened three times back-to-back. Even after reaching out to customer service for each failed appointment, it happened again. Thankfully, the fourth appointment was successful. With that said, this initial rocky start left a bad taste in my mouth, and I implore the Customer Service team to identify the error and correct it for future patients. Henry Meds offers all-inclusive services at a reasonable price, which is why I stay. Its pricing package is competitive compared to other online providers, so I have great hope that they will improve their customer service moving forward. I will update my review as I continue to be a customer with Henry Meds, hopefully with better results in the future.

I ran out of medication and missed a shot. I also wasn’t given a choice to do an at home blood test or in lab. My latest bottle of medication has me feeling worse. My sleep has been bad, I have been fatigued and gaining weight etc. I just signed on to raise this issue. Maybe it is my dose, I don’t know. At first I felt great, the last month not at all. Thanks!

My provider very satisfactory in reviewing my info and suggesting changes for improved results. She seems very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The 2 month supply is a little inconvenient in that any changes will only occur that often. I.e. I’ve been on the program for 6 weeks and lost no weight. But I understand caution in starting the program to make sure the dieter is has no bad side effects.
