Overall great medical professionals and advisement. The instructions were clear. The reason for the four starts the dosages and pricing. The drug is most effective with a higher dose, but it took over 3-4 months to get to the higher dose. Each time I got a higher dose, the price increase. I am still giving them a four star, but I am cancelling my subscription to go to another company with one price for all dosage.
