Paid For but Not Shipped. Why?
The drug that I take is no longer available through Henry Meds. That was expected. I was offered to purchase in bulk. I took advantage of that offer. The sum came to just shy of $2700. Expected. What is unexpected is that after purchasing (credit card billed and paid in full) 6 days ago. I have not received my delivery of the bulk drug. I called today and was told it was in process. There is no definition of in process. I asked for a specific delivery date. There is no specific ship date never mind delivery date as of today. They have my money in hand, no shipment date on the horizon. In MA you are only allowed to bill upon shipping. It makes sense, I am not here to supply a short term loan to Henry Meds. I'll keep you posted.

The telemed physician was friendly and…
The telemed physician was friendly and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. Although a timed appointment, she was patient and very friendly.

Great minus the wait time
From enrolling through the televisit was one of the best experiences I’ve had for prescription services. I don’t understand why it’s going to take 5-10 business days to receive the medication I’ve already paid for. That’s an excessive waiting period. A real downside.
