Highlights: Friendly helpful nurse. Easy communication. excellent medication and results. Lowlights: It was impossible to organize a method of receiving the medication with ease. We are currently visiting California for a couple of months. I assumed that the meds would be sent with the postal service which is transferring my mail to me here. But no...you use UPS which I tried several times to change the delivery address but the web site would not allow for that change. Therefore my husband had to make a special trip back to our home to get the medication, costing him both time and money.

Wow, the staff member made me feel comfortable and not like a number. I had my fears on starting out this journey but I am now very excited to move forward. I felt cared for and was very excited that I will work with the same person for each appointment.

Employees have been great. The timing has been terrible. I didn't my consult almost a month ago and I just got my perscription. I didn't get order for the required blood work until my perscription was expired. So because of all of this I have not had my perscription for two months. Yet I still pay the $129 a month. It is expected to be more organized for a pharmaceutical company.

thank you recieved injections, been on it now for my second week, I am not losing weight, I am a different indiviual i have problems losing weight always have unless i totally stop eating all food and not put one thing in my system.
