Hard time hearing the doctor
Overall it went well but I had a hard time hearing her. I had to have her repeat things a couple of time until I understood the directions.

The process is simple and effective. The nurse I spoke to during my video visit was both knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't be more please with my experience thus far!

The NP was so sweet and very helpful and informative. We have a plan! She made sure I understood realistically what to expect. I’m very happy.
