Best customer service experience ever!
Erica was one of the most empathetic, efficient customer service reps I've ever worked with. I lost both our primary home and our newly renovated investment property in hurricane Helene and never received my first prescription. I ordered my prescription and had the first physician meeting with Henry, from my evacuation site. Thinking about receiving my prescription and improving my health was a ray of hope for me and I was super disappointed when I never received the first delivery because our home was a disaster zone. Erica was not only openly empathetic with me about what I was going through personally, she relentlessly helped me to get my new prescription out to me. Her compassion and level of professionalism are unmatched. I am a loyal fan of Henry because of her support. Thank you! p.s. even the other support people I have heard from since she helped me have been wonderful!! It's really heart warming to know there are actual humans on the other side of customer support - and good humans!!
