Been using Henry meds for 4 months for GLP-1s and have had great success. providers have always been so kind & helpful! I’ve recommended it to 4 other people. We love the convenience of the service and professionalism.

Henry meds has been great with everything from price to customer service. Nurse practitioner I was given is excellent, very knowledgeable. Medication arrived fast with shipping notification and tracking. No hidden fees for labs or anything. Appointment for labs and then with the NP were fast and easy.

My provider Jordan was wonderful answered all of my questions. She was very informative, explained everything very in detail dosage etc. (which was wonderful) and she was early, I think we may have been done by my appointment time.

I was on semaglutide from Henry Meds for about 6 months and lost only 3 pounds. It was like sugar water. My consultations did not help and I feel like they are only interested in getting the monthly fee. Very disappointed.

I was very pleased to be able to get an appointment same day. Although the Henry Meds contact was late 10 minutes, it gave me the opportunity to review the information provided in the appointment. She apologized for being late as well. the appointment was quick and thorough, and she empathized that many women in my situation (50ish, menopause) have reached out for weight loss/management help. I appreciated that. I assumed that I would be on this medication for 3 months, she mentioned that it would be more like 6 months at a minimum to a year. This is the first time trying a medication for weight loss, so I guess I am skeptical and hope that wasn't a sales pitch. I told her I didn't like being on medication for long, and that I would learn healthy habits and be dedicated to the process even after I stopped the medication. She said she understood and said we would connect after 3 months. I felt good about that. Very friendly, very personable. This was a referral from a friend as I noticed there are a lot of companies out there with similar pricing. I feel good about my decision.
