Speaking with the PA and her being so patient about answering questions oral vs injections was comforting. I forgot to ask her, though, if I realize this is not for me can I cancel at any time? Thank you

Great experience. The FNP was very informative and took time to answer my questions. The process was clearly explained to me.

My experience was good. I had to wait for about 7 minutes for my scheduled appointment. I did receive a text from the nurse while waiting. The nurse was very thorough and pleasant. She explained everything. The follow up emails were helpful. So far I’m very pleased.

Avoid like the plague. I will start with the few positives, the nurse I dealt with was good and took the time to explain my meds, answer questions, etc. Overall I did have some of the desired results from the medication. However, I wish I had gotten the service through a different prescription services after consistent issues with the fulfillment and customer service. The medication itself was altered two months in by changing the compound pharmacy. I immediately saw changes in how effective it was as well as stronger side effects. I voiced this immediately and basically was told this was my only option was to stay with the new pharmacy. I then received spoiled medication. Not Henry Meds fault, as it was a heatwave. But it took weeks to replace and I was charged for the bad meds and the new. I worked for months to resolve the double charge, so I thought. When I decided to put my prescription on hold, I was told I had an outstanding charge. I went back and forth with detailed explaining that I had actually been overcharged for two months. I had timelines, emails, etc. And every time I was met with a new explanation of why I was incorrect. Each time I would explain with evidence why that wasn’t true and met suddenly with a new excuse. In the end it was more important to me to completely remove this company from my life than to continue this prescription. I will find another care facilitator than continue to be gaslit and argued with over $300. I can’t emphasize enough how much I regret doing business with this company. It was costly both financial and my time to be endlessly frustrated by their very argumentative customer service. I can only assume their customer service group is penalized if they ever “give in” as it can’t be worth arguing with customers so relentlessly to keep $300 after months of payments. I probably would have made them another $3000 at least so seems counterintuitive but again, at this point logic doesn’t seem to be the priority.

The website is user friendly. The care person I visited with was very kind and informative.

It’s always a good call with your doctors and representatives. It’s really nice that they actually care.
