Read my previous reviews. This place is a scam of a business. They lack customer centricity and are even worse clinically. I’ve been asked numerous times for additional details to get no additional help, and now their customer service team won’t respond. I’ve been waiting weeks. Go anywhere else, do not use them. Clearly based on their lack of response to me they are not genuinely committed to making any improvements. I will continue to post my experience across all possible platforms to save others from this.

The process with Henry Meds is easy. After getting the labs back, Lindsey Eggen, PA, went over everything thoroughly and was open to questions that were answered. The level of professionalism and privacy is above and beyond what I would have expected. After 3 months of TRT, my life has changed for the best. I feel like I am in my 20s again. The meds are delivered on time and without any delay. Thank you Lindsey Eggen and Henry Meds.

Trust is earned not automatically given. I trust the staff of Henry Meds to have my best interests at heart and they have exhibited that in the care I've been receiving. PA Lauren Fox has been exceptional to work with and I'm grateful for her patience and for her listening skills.
