I had a great interaction with my NP I…
I had a great interaction with my NP I think his name is Shaun. But my experience being notified to get my labs done and then an email link for my appointment was nonexistent. I had to call and get them to send me everything. And then it was late and I went without TRT for a few weeks. I hope administration will do better when I need a refill next time..because this is the second time this has happened.

Great experience today.
My online appointment went very well. My PA was very helpful and made me comfortable with questions. I’m excited to start my weight loss journey!

Im still waiting for my medicine to…
Im still waiting for my medicine to ship its been 7 days and status shows received not processed or shipped yet and chat bot and email get blow off caned response order will ship in 3 to 5 days..very concerning a d frustrating
