Appointment was on time
Appointment was on time. I liked the reminders sent...not overdone. The friendly NP's time wasn't wasted, and neither was mine. I felt the medical questions asked of me were appropriate and my questions were satisfactorily answered. Looking forward to starting the program.

shipping can be pretty slow and arrive a bit late for prescrittion renewal.

The intake process was seamless and my…
The intake process was seamless and my Telehealth appointment went very smoothly. I had a very nice individual for my appointment who explained the whole process and took the time to go over any questions I had. I have not received my medication yet, but the patient portal has a section that lets me know what stage the prescription is in so I will be alerted to when it is sent out. So far, a really good experience.
