Poor communication cost me a lot
Poor communication cost me a lot of money. The initial Nurse also gave me bad information. Not happy with the company.

Excellent help today.
I needed to change my appointment, so I used the chat option. Chrystyna S. made it very easy to find an alternative appointment for today. The appointment with Kimberley Taylor went great. She was very thorough and thoughtful. She asked the appropriate questions and gave me the information I needed. She then asked if I had concerns or questions.
