Ease of use for medical profile and health care person. Shipment of product was good. However, I sent an email to customer service and never got a response.

Sign up was easy, answer a few medical questions, complete an online appointment with a Licensed medical provider. Meds show up in a couple days. I am very happy with the ease of the process.

All great so far. 2 months in, I am kept well informed and up to date. Had an initial consultation and then a follow up today which was light, informative and encouraging. No extra costs have appeared from anywhere other than the monthly agreed to one and everyone has been attentive. Of course I wish it were cheaper but it will be a real bargain if it helps continuing shedding the pounds in the next 6 months
