Do not waste your time or money! They sign you up for a auto subscription that they don't stand by. They never send out your medication you have to call they a millions to get them to send your medication out and then when they do its wrong. when you call them to complain they offer you a credit but they will only allow you to use it if you continue to use their services. They charged me for 4 months of medication and I only received 3 and when I asked for a refund they told me they are a subscription based company and they do not offer refunds. per their website included in the subscription you get " Includes the cost of medication, shipping, and access to healthcare providers." I didn't receive any of those thing the last month and they refused to return my money. save yourself the hassle go somewhere else.

The process of getting set up was quick and efficient. The provider has been professional, courteous, and understanding, with a focus on safety and patient driven care.

When I had my appointment, I was having phone issues and couldn’t get my volume to work and had to hang up abruptly to find my iPad logged back in and the nurse was still able to see me which I was very grateful for most would’ve said that I was out of luck and would’ve had to reschedule. So I am very, very thankful that she was understanding.

Erik is a good telehealth provider. I feel like he covers all the bases and listens well, too. I am especially happy about getting a dosage increase without an increase in price. Henry Meds is open, honest, and has good customer service. Well worth the price.

Everything went so quickly and with ease. I had my consult on a Friday and received the product on Saturday. Customer service an utter success!

I tried Semiglutide and lost a fair amount of weight. Over time, however, Henry meds was so disorganized and unhelpful I had to leave. I am working full time. I waited >30 minutes for a provider who never showed. I was sent a medication package with only syringes and alcohol wipes. They take an INSANE amount of time to send your meds- which requires refrigeration so you have put your life on hold for weeks. My most recent order came frozen solid. I sent a picture of the frozen, unopened vial. They wanted money to replace it. They are now asking for $594 + $297 for me to come back. Alternatives: Ro, Hers, lifeMD, Alan meds, Eden, Ageless Rx etc. anything but Henry. Update: HenryMeds offered a public response which sounds concerned and apologetic. However, they have not contacted me nor offered any solution to my issue. They don’t care about you.
