Was on product for a month, didn't work. I cancelled. Now Sept.- February 5 months later I received a bill. They said they contacted me. I sent them all my emails from them - not one since Aug. 20. Now it's even worse.! Removed $1200 from my account and only received the original pills once. No emails. No invoices. No pills. Guess their was a glitch in their system. I cancelled and the mail dept got the notice but the billing didn't. Also used a virtual card, they used a token to get to my main account and keep removing funds. I cancelled my virtual card after cancelling the membership. I dont know how in 5 months I missed the payment...but no email invoices or pills delivered. If I at least had the pills, I would have known something wrong. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY..BILLING AND NO DELIVERY! Told them I'm not paying and its a scam that many months then just charging my charge. Will not pay

Your company is deceptive. I understand that the $49 is stated to be NONrefundable in your terms and conditions. But without reading that extremely long disclosure… no person would ever assume to be charged $50 a month just to have an account even if not getting medication. That $50 literally gives people nothing. Because a person can easily reopen an account if they close their account. It’s really an underhanded way to cheat people. It’s disgusting. I will definitely be telling people to not use your company, and a lot of people I know are interested in glp-1 medication. Your company literally got $100 from me without providing ANY service for that cost….. because opening an account is easily done. Keeping an open account requires nothing from the company. That $100 you refuse to refund is an OUTRIGHT SCAM… taking advantage of people. It’s only in your terms and conditions the way it is because your company knows it’s wrong to do this to people. I can only imagine how many people this has happened to.
