Got my Tirzepatide vial, still cold, in a refrigerated bag within 24 hours. I immediately put the vial in the fridge as directed. That evening I followed the instructions to inject myself into a roll of fat on my stomach and it was easy, no problem. Then I circled the place on my stomach where I did the injection with a pen and took a photo of the circled spot so I'll have a record of my weekly injection spot so I can make sure I use a different spot each week.

The practitioners are super easy to talk to, appointments are painless, and prescriptions get filled quickly and delivered fast. There are options to lower your dose/cost when you just want to maintain. I did have one notable difference in product quality. One out of my three deliveries had really rough side effects that paused me from taking it. The next delivery was fine. I tried another dose from the batch that was making me sick before tossing it to make sure it wasn’t anything else, and the side effects hit hard again. To be fair, I didn’t report it so I don’t know if they would have done anything. Other than that, the experience has been great.
