Worst customer service any where. It's a scam no product no service and charged over 700.00 most important no refund. Stay away from this terrible company.

I found the process of signing up and getting my medication fast and easy. I experienced the first medication not working well for me. When I called to discuss this they made the process of cancelling my order and refunding me seamless. They in turn sent out the new medication immediately after paying for it. Henry Meds has no hidden fees. The price you see on the website is the price you pay. I would and have recommended friends and family to do business with them.

Canceled my subscription the second week taking meds. I had major side effects and advised Henry Meds. They ignored my request to cancel and sent more meds and still have not refunded my 149.00 they took from my account after cancellation. Speaking to CS is not helpful and no one returns a call as they promise to do. I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. Don't use....

Nurse Practitioner was very friendly. I feel like the link for the meeting was difficult to connect with. A platform like Zoom might be easier for more people to use..

I am currently a new patient with Henrymeds, although my visit went great , I am not happy with the customer service and help with treatment. I've started my appointments & treatment late February, I've yet to recieve any prescription ive been waiting weeks already , with no update or improvement, no explanation for the delay as a patient im highly dissatisfied, meanwhile im still getting charged for treatment i don't have

Henry Meds is very simple and easy. The provider was very knowledgeable. I have lost 9 pounds in about a month. It works.
