Long waits for appointments and very little follow up. I am going on two weeks without meds and reminded them multiple times and talked to Henry’s representatives to express my concerns that I need the meds to arrive on a certain date due to travel and they paid no attention or did not care. I will be moving to another provider that is more responsive.

The process is longer than a week for testosterone to get your meds. By the time I was able to start the process my meds were almost a week late. The bloodwork process needs to start sooner.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Wait on hold forever and I finally hung up. Total scam - once they get your credit card it’s a monthly charge you can’t get out of. Called customer service multiple times to cancel. Their standard response is “sorry, it’s in the terms and conditions” but the T&Cs don’t factor in that they won’t answer the phone to let you cancel! I finally shut my credit card off to stop the monthly charges. Ripoff.

Thank you for the review. Cancellation of an account can be done by phone 909-787-2342, email [email protected] or in the patient portal. Per our Terms of Service, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and all sales are final.

Extremely professional and reliable. Very easy to talk to a live person. Never late on my medication. I was even willing to pay a little more just because I knew I wouldn’t have issues getting my meds. Semiglutude stopped working for me so I had to cancel my membership. I emailed and they emailed me back stating no problem. I was not charged again. They are top notch!
