Excellent experience! Very easy to make an appointment and I was unable to keep my original appointment and someone reached out immediately to reschedule. My weight loss process was completely explained and all my questions were answered. Very happy I chose this company.

Product was fine and worked great. I signed up for a 3 month supply and spoke with a nurse one time. I told the nurse I was going to be done after the 3 months and thought that was it because in order to receive more product I’d have to have another appt with her. They charged me for a 4th month saying I didn’t cancel the right way. What in the heck am I paying for at this point with no appt and no product to think that I need a subscription still? The call center was not helpful and when they put it a review for the board it was denied pretty immediately and I was told there was no farther recourse. That is $300 and I carefully budgeted the 3 months I was on. Absolutely greedy and no empathy company.

Totally Amazed! I had my second zoom appointment today with my coordinator and I can not express how amazing she has been in this process. She made each appointment felt totally relaxing and comfortable. I start my TRT in about week. I keep everyone posted on the results. Big Mike / Bama
