I was really surprised and impressed how professional, kind, and caring the initial zoom call was with clinician. This was my first experience with a telemed doctor...why can't all medical appointments be this way?!

I paid my first payment for Phentermine on Feb 27. Had my appointment on March 5 and my first month prescription March 13. I reached out to Henry Meds on April 4 because I was concerned I would run out by April 13. I was assured month 2 would be delivered on April 11 or April 12. I reached out around April 12 and was advised it was in a process since April 4 but they could not tell me when I should expect it. I called them this morning. I ran out 4 days ago they said there were significant delays. I asked would the delays be a week, 1 month, 2 months. The representative said honestly I can’t tell you how long it will be delayed. I’m going to pay for month 3 on April 27 and I’ve only received 1 month so far.
