I have been out of my prescription for…
I have been out of my prescription for 2 weeks now. This is not okay. I had a virtual appt with a provider and was assured weeks ago that the new script was written and ordered. I am now 2 weeks without RX. This is terrible customer service and disruptive to my plan and set goals.

I was charged and paid
I was charged and paid. It says that my prescription was sent to the pharmacy but it hasn’t shipped or been filled since then.
