More expensive than it needs to be
The price per vial of 20 unit weekly injections is $297. The price per vial of 40 unit weekly injections is $397. That is twice as much medicine for only $100 more. I wanted to purchase the $397 option and it would last me twice as long at my 20 unit dose. Not only did the NP tell me that was impossible, she ridiculed me and said my logic made no sense.
