I’m very pleased with Henry Meds. The service is very personal and they don’t just process you. I hate when I feel like I am being processed. The staff took the time to really understand where I’m at with my health concerns and they did not push me to make a decision. I would highly recommend them.

Dr was helpful and kind in my concerns. The entire process was easy and quick. I did not feel embarrassed and all of my questions were answered. The support is amazing!

Inital conversation was great but have tried on multiplications to speak with somebody in customer service and have been unsuccessful. I was told at my initial consultation that I would be given a cheaper rate due to my personalized needs and that I should speak with someone in customer service to ensure that rate was given to me. No one from customer service will respond to my inquires and they keep charging the credit card the full rate every month. It’s very disappointing. Unfortunately, I signed up for a six month contract and now feel like I’m stuck in it. I did already cancel my renewal.
