Deceptive
Deceptive. This is a subscription scheme and no where in the signup online, the discussion they have to do for you to get the meds, or in the many emails do they state you have signed up for a subscription. The meds did not work for me, I ended up with horrible side effects so I stopped taking them and still have the side effects month’s later, then I receive a $299 charge. The kicker is the subscription doesn’t even cover a refill. It $299 for nothing and they refuse to refund even though no additional services were provided.

The process is way too long
The process is way too long. Between paying up front waiting on a PA the labs and another appointment, and still no meds. This process from a local TRT facility would have been better. Not sure if I’m going to keep this arrangement

Yes the virtual was great on time and…
Yes the virtual was great on time and to the point the person of contact was exceptional. My problem is with the medication 37.5 phentermineSR I have only took it a day 100pm today and this medication with all warning being sick, nervous,can't sleep Seems alot extreme i feel hungry but know just agitated not because side effects because this medication is not going to work and if I had to bet got more compound in it than the actual active medicationi it the first day but I I know if it doesn't seem different by the next day I will not be ordering not worth it to me got to much compound it's only my first day thanks peri
