Everything was well planned and fully thought out before hand. 10/10 would recommend.

The P/A's are pretty good but each one give you a different spot to inject when visiting them. So the very 1st P/A told me to inject in my stomach, I told her I had a beer belly & had to explain to her its an intro muscular injection but she assured it was ok to inject there & just to pull & squeeze the fat from belly then inject it so for 3 months I was doing that. Then I started seeing a second P/A & she said "What she told you to inject there, why, it's intro muscular!!" Then she told me to inject either in my shoulder or thigh on my Tband muscle. This last P/A told me to inject in my mid buttock area & sent a video link to watch on YouTube but then the message & link dissappear! 2nd you get an email to make an appointment to Quest Diagnostics 5 days later after you have run out of medicine, then you have to make an appointment with quest diagnostics who are ALWAYS busy so your earliest appointment with them is about 4-5 days & that to 5-7 days for Henry meds to recieve the blood work another 5-6 days days later they schedule an appointment & some of them have earliest appointments another 4-5 days fir earliest appointment, then another week to 2 weeks fir them to process the order & send out your ten- 13 week supply..Absolutely Ridiculous!! The whole process takes about just over a month to get your next supply & in that meantime your Testosterone level is dropping so when you FINALLY get your meds it's like starting all over Again! They need to have a more streamlined process so your not waiting 6 weeks fir your next package..For example they need to send you an email just b4 your running out of your medication with the Quest Diagnostics and when Henry meds recive the blood work they should IMMEDIATELY set you up with a P/A that is not 5 days away. I had my last P/A appointment on Wednesday June 4 th & I went to track my shipment and it still says "In Progress" & hasn't even shipped yet! So if you like waiting up to 5-6 weeks just to get your next supply Henry Meds is for you. If you don't like having a huge break in between & want to stay on a continously basis with no breaks in between look elsewhere like 'Male Excel' witch is there parent company, it cost more but you don't have these HUGE Deelays. I personally see & believe I know what Henry Meds is doing and they Purposely do these tactics so that your Testerone levels will drop during the waiting period & therefore keep you as a customer to keep charging you as ofcoorse your Testosterone level within 5-6 weeks will drop.. You need to take continously without such a long pause in your treatment because it's like starting alllllllll over again after your 10-13 week supply runs out, it's not hard fir them to do or change, they just don't want to.. If your listening Henry Meds get your process more Streamlined & efficient or I'm switching to another provider that is NOT MALE EXCEL your sister company!!

I have messaged twice asking you to message or call me about my first Rx and the bill. Although I still haven't approved the change in Rx you are sending it anyway and have billed me full price - I have been asking for the promotional discount and you wont respond.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I am Getting to what is advertised w Henrymeds. My first prescription was already late I was told they were backwd up w the pharmacy once I called and I pushed I got my prescription shortly days later They then charged me for may and I still haven’t received my prescription It is now June I called and complained I did not want to be charged for June without receiving mays first I received an email stating they have pushed my next bill date to July and I got a I’m sorry for the delay . My credit card has now been charged for June so now I have paid for 2 more months of meds I still have not received either prescription.

Ease of appointment customer service and hopefully quality of product when I receive.

Yes I lost the weight

You will get charged without recieving product and then a refund will not be granted. Terrible way to do business. Product itself is of questionable strength.

I had a very bad result taking GLP-1, I followed all the instructions and still had constipation and pain in my stomach. There was Bloating and weight gain. The worst part was my increased heart BPM. My Cardiologist advised to stop the use immediately. I had a reminder to refill but I did not answer since I did not want to reorder. Henry is auto charging me and expect me to pay in full. I only took it for about two weeks starting at 4/7/25. Not fair.
