The consult with the nurse was great…
The consult with the nurse was great but it's AFTER the meds go to the pharmacy to get filled that becomes a problem. There are illegals that work at Empower Pharmacy.so shipments are always delayed by WEEKS! When you try to call to see where your prescription is, you can barely understand them and they even hang up on you because they don't know the answers. I actually know 2 people that used to work at Empower Pharmacy and they both confirmed illegals are hired! Explains EVERYTHING! Will never ever deal with Henry Meds again!

Thank you for your review. Henry Meds works with a variety of pharmacies depending on the medication prescribed, the state, the backlog at the pharmacy, and the provider. You can always ask your provider during your consult if you have a specific pharmacy you’d like to use or not use.
