I have been a part of henry meds now for just about a year. I would say, the first 4 to 5 months i was very happy with my service. However recently i have run into issues with extremely long.Wait times from my prescription refills. Making it so that I actually don't have my prescription medication for weeks. There are updates are incorrect when it comes to timeframe of processing shipping and delivered statuses. Their customer service slax, candor when true concerns, are brought to the forefront of a conversation. And if for whatever reason you need them a replacement for your medication, whether it be lost or damaged, it will take at least 2 to 3 weeks for them to get you the replacement medication that you need from my experience
