It is amazing they requested a review when they haven't bothered to deliver the medication yet. 16 days into the process and still no medication. I even had the initial blood tests available for them. It took a week to even schedule a lab through their network, another 5 days for said lab to get the results back, and now we are 4 days into the pharmacy processing the prescription, which isn't complicated. Still no ship date. Having cheaper prices mean nothing if it takes you over a month to get the customer the medication. Edit: 7/14/25 Still no shipping date.

However, delivery times can vary due to factors outside of our control, such as pharmacy backlogs or supply chain issues with our partner pharmacies.
