Misleading advice from practitioners to transition patients from compounded injections to sublingual oral tablets daily when there is no proof of efficacy for a sublingual tablet. Research online shows this method does not work and doctors/PAs are not being transparent with patients. In addition Henry charges more for tirzepetide sublingual tablets which is unethical. Their cancellation of subscription is also not transparent as they will continue to charge you as long as they believe you have medication. Subscriptions are monthly with medication included which means costs are built in and prorated monthly. Once a patient cancels that should be the end of subscription fees. However, Henry will send more than one month supply at time of refill essentially locking you into your subscription until your medication on hand is depleted because you can't cancel or return dispensed medication. This is not explained up front at sign up. Please be wary Henry does not provide any additional health programs for that membership fee. It covers your meds and a follow up telehealth appointment if Henry requires it. If not, you simply fill out a form to refill. So it is an administrative fee, basically, to coordinate prescriptions to a pharmacy. i.e. the middleman. Warning! When the FDA declared there was no longer a shortage to Wegovy, Henry Meds can no longer legally prescribe compounded semaglutide medication unless there are medical circumstances that prevent you, the patient, from using the brand medication Wegovy. If you do not agree to switch to oral compounded sublingual tablets you will be immediately discontinued from the program with no transitional/maintenance care. So they are telling people they need to switch to a method of transmission that has not been tested or proven effective like injections. This bait and switch to a placebo is for their own financial benefit than for the good of their patients. If they were an ethical company they would have education materials and assistance for transitioning to brand through your doctor or other providers so that you can continue your care interrupted. I personally am now fighting them for a refund of an oral sublingual tirzepetide subscription even though I have not received any medication. They don't believe that you're entitled to a refund even though no services or medication have been provided. Not only was I tricked into paying more, I've received nothing for that monthly charge. *Update: After this review, Henry Meds did refund me. So there was a good ending here, but everything I said is still true.

My consultant was patient and informative. She took the time to explain the medication and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I had.

The Staff and my assigned Doctor was incredible. Totally professional. Went over every test in detail and very informative. When I had a question, I was responded to writhing an hour! The whole staff is top notch, in my opinion.

I have been lied to. I was quoted 3-5 to recieve my medicine it has now been 7 days and it still hasn't shipped.
