Yes, I recommend them
After signing up, you get scheduled a virtual appt with a nurse practitioner. Crystal N., the NP, was awesome and patient. Customer service rep DeDe was prompt and professional. The meds arrive quickly in good shape. LOTS of literature on the meds was provided. Once I was done with their services, canceling was easy - I was nervous about that - but it was very prompt and transparent.

Very Pleased with Ethos
Very pleased with ovreall ethos of the company, which is to help men be healthy men, and not be an avenue to hormone abuse. My recent results did not make me a candidate for TRT, but I was given an alternative medication to help my levels be steady throughout the day, which I welcome. Additionally, some other concerns were surfaced which are being addressed with advice from my PA (Paul) through Henry Meds. I'm very pleased with this service!

Despite a major hiccup in scheduling my…
Despite a major hiccup in scheduling my increased dosage to be shipped in time to arrive before I leave the country for 5 weeks, the customer service people and PAs who have helped me with the problem have, to a woman/man been phenomenal. Joe, Teresa PAs, Chelsea NP, customer service people Mike, Bai, Domenica and others--they are all smart, incredibly helpful and professional.
