Beware - fraud
Many problems with service. As a physician trained in TRT and prior successful treatment with T, I find their service both fraudulent and apparently lacking interest in providing appropriate care. First, you can only meet with an NP who does very limited labs- not enough to know if you actually need testosterone replacement or not, and missing many needed baseline labs, the NP refused to order the other labs even though they agreed they were necessary! They refused to prescribe T despite knowing it had been previously helpful because they wouldn't order the appropriate labs to see it was needed/appropriate and prescribed a poorly studied alternative that they refused to send anywhere but thier pharmacy. When I asked to not renew my subscription they said that if I did so they wouldn't allow the filling of the already prescribed medication. They refused to allow me to get labs done a few days early because I was going to be away for a month. Despite written reqest to ccancel ongoing charges, they kept charging me and refused to refund the amount. Clearly they are just chasing your $$$ and have little regard for patient care. Also be filing a complaint with the Medical Board.
