Shipping Process is Horrible
My first order was sent to the wrong address because they put my street address where the unit number should be and my unit number where the street address should’ve been. Then, when I contacted them to update it they put a different street number, again!! My original shipment got returned because of an inaccurate address & they almost did it a second time. Horrible service. I am still also waiting to get my new shipping details, and hopefully I’ll even get it if they can enter in an address correctly. I only gave a two star because they were fast at communicating but it doesn’t do much good if you can’t get the details right.
