Ordered a product with a 7-10 day delivery time that will not be delivered for nearly a month

This company is so shady. Expect to keep being charged for orders you didn’t place, no customer service team to speak with and no refunds. This is so fraudulent. They need to be shut down.

I ordered a product exactly 31 days ago that has not shipped. After 9 days of no updates, I emailed the company and they said that my order had not been placed into a shipping batch and I was told that they “placed your order in our urgent shipping batch”. 4 days later with no shipping confirmation they replied that their warehouse was backed up due to the holidays. I figured that did not matter since I was in an urgent shipping batch. After receiving no further updates, now 25 days after I ordered (and payed) for my product, I emailed them again. Now they told me my order was delayed due to a 14 inventory that they do annually. I was confused as to how this affected me as 15 days before they assured me that I was being put in an urgent shipping batch. After all of this they offered me $5 credit, which I declined because any money I spend with them seems to disappear due to various reasons. I am starting to assume that this store is fake and they don’t actually sell anything, trying to get free money. I am probably going to be contacting the BBB and a few others to see if I can get all of this resolved as their support does not seem to help.

never sent my order, asked for a review, I emailed them saying that it was hard to review something sitting in their warehouse. They offered me a $5 credit on my $400 order because “two-week inventory,” sent me a link to their back end tracking which I don’t have the credentials for (because it is for company employees.) Then they had the gall to ask for a rating on the help I received. Awful company

There was no time given to my concern about being charged for six months worth of products which I did not request. Was unable to get the boxes to stop coming and I was unable to get a refund. I will be reaching out to my credit card to resolve the situation as your team was unwilling to do so with me.

Bought a 60$ bong. Fast shipping, but it came with scratches. Took out the bowl and it cracked the damn thing. Terrible company with Terrible products. Do not recommend buying.

First and last time I'm ordering anything from here. None of my info updated, I still haven't received my package, and your systems tell me I don't even have an account when attempting to even log in to your 'tracking services'.

Horrible. They canceled my order.
