Hemper has gotta be the best website to get pieces from for really good prices. Recently I just ordered the March XL Box for $100. When it showed up it was broken, first time out of like 10 orders that one has come broken. The best part though, I contacted them about it and they answered me in just a few hours. It took about a day in an half and now they already have a replacement for the piece on the way and it’s only been a couple days since I opened it to begin with. I know that might seem slow to some but it’s actually pretty dam quick, especially when there is only one customer service rep answering everyone’s questions.

My item came broken- customer service got back to me and replaced the item for free. Nice quality very cute nice glass! Sandi was very helpful !

There were some issues but it was handled greatly by Sandi and she was very responsive making it a quick fix.

The wrong item was sent, and customer service took care of the problem on the same day and confirmed the correct item was shipped on the same day. Lots of follow-ups from Hemper to make sure I received the correct item and that I was completely satisfied. Super service from Hemper.

got my order in basically a week after ordering w tracking sent without asking and the piece is really, realllly nice and they sent a whole free piece w it! im actually shocked i got this nice of a piece free
