Some items I recently purchased did not make it to my home. I contacted customer service and Sandi took care of all my issues. I am quite pleased.

Customer service replied quickly and gave me an honest answer with honest timeline. That's about all you can ask for when there is a supply issue.

One item in my recent order was missing, after reaching out to customer service, I was informed that it was shipped out from an independent shipping facility (item was not a hemper brand). Received a response in a timely manner, I should have the item within. 3-5 business days. Thank you for your speedy response and explanation.

Man I mistakenly sent my order god knows where and you guys re-sent sent it to correct address promptly…..you now have a customer for life thx
