Ordered on the 31/12/23 it's now 25/12/24 still not received my order

Ordered the December mini box. Ot was sent back due to missing apt #. I updated everything and was told the item was reshipped but I still haven't received it or a refund.

Never got my item

Been waiting on my order to ship for over 2 weeks now..

Ordered Dec 5 wrong item sent I wanted to return or replace I'm still waiting 30 days later with zero resolution it should not take 30 day Horrible customer service any call I made was hung up on with promises of a call back never happened I WAS a regular customer of Hemper not anymore if this is how its handled I'm disgusted. Save your time and money go elsewhere.

I ordered something Dec 14th, and as of today, Jan 4th, it still hasn't shipped. Asked for a refund, none given. Do NOT order anything from Hemper.

placed order on the 19th of December. No updates for a week and a half. After 2 emails I find out the product i wanted was out of stock and i could replace it with equal value item. Not sure why no one reached out to me on this issue. As of Jan 2nd still has not shipped. Very disappointing. Probably wont be ordering from Hemper again.

I paid for expedited shipping for the December box as a Christmas gift to my fiancé. I received the package three days after Christmas Day when I paid for this in November . It’s highly disappointing with shipping.
