Sandi gave me a very clear and efficient response. I was trying to cancel my package but was unable to as it had already been shipped, they made that very clear and now that I have the package I am very happy with my order!

Sandi was very helpful, my item became out of stock and i was able to choose another similar in price. Also, I was given information about when the item would come back into stock. Very helpful and polite.

Sandi, the agent who helped me, was very considerate and informative about my inquiry. She resolved my issue via email with ease. I did not expect such prompt and kind service. Hemper company and Sandi went above and beyond I have and will continue to recommend Hemper as a reputable, quality, and awesome source for goodies.

I contacted Hemper about a cracked pipe and they had a brand new replacement in the mail and on my doorstep within 3 to 5 days free of charge. Brilliant customer service.

I tried ordering the Chronic XL box but the payment system was down. It was my first order. I spoke with a customer rep named Sandi and she was wonderful and extremely supportive and professional. I will continue to do my shopping with Hemper from now on thanks to her.
