I got the February box as a gift for Valentine’s Day but I had a problem with my box. I emailed on the 15th and everything was taken care of by the morning of the 16th. Quick, efficient, were understanding and able to help. Not my first time communicating with customer service and still have no complaints with them.

Received my hemperbox today, noticed the glass piece had a crack in it, and leaks. I contacted hemper customer service, and I received an email back within 5 mins, to send them pictures of the items in the box and the crack. I proceeded to send them the email, then I received a second email back within minutes that they were shipping me out a new piece. Super fast and prompt response! Will purchase from again!

I was so happy to receive my February 2021 Hemper Box but was devastated when the flower vase broke from the set shortly after it arrived. I got in contact with hemper support and they fortunately sent me a new vase! I couldn’t be happier with this company’s customer service and my Hemper box
