Ive had various problems ordering from this company I have gotten rude multiple times but no matter what Allana which is who I talked to today did a very wonderful job helping me out she helped me out last time as well I really appreciate how good she is at keeping calm with the people even tho I was rude at times I definitely would like her to be the customer service worker I talk to every time she is definitely one of the only reasons I will consider ordering from this company again

Very happy with my purchase and the customer service. I got hooked when my friend got me a box for Christmas. I made my first purchase and the package took a while to come in and appeared lost. I got worried and reached out to customer service and read some reviews. I remained worried, thinking I was scammed until I received a response from customer service. They were happy to send another box, but then mine came in! Not sure what changed but it worked out. Plan for a 2 week maybe more delivery and just give the order some time to come in. My friend who bought me the box for Christmas experienced a similar thing and told me to wait it out a bit more before contacting (but I already had :/) so really just give it some time to come in, it will in the end! If not and if any concerns present don’t hesitate to reach out to the customer service because they really are very helpful! They stayed in contact with me the whole time until my problem was resolved. The associate who provided the most help and fast responses was Jesse. Great member of the customer support team.

Patrick was a great help at fixing a problem I was having with the insurance company. They took over 20 days without a response, but Patrick took care of my problems with a day of my email hemper.

My february flower box was stolen out of the mailbox. I spoke with customer service " Jesse " and had the absolute BEST experience I've ever had ANYWHERE. Hemper is hands down the best company. Really really love the brand
